Elite Resin Driveways Ltd is a resin bound driveway and paving contractor operating across Essex. Our registered address is Summerhill Farm, Pipps Hill Rd N, Billericay, Essex, CM11 2UJ.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation
  • Use the website to transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material

3. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
  • Prices quoted include materials, labour, and standard site clearance unless otherwise specified
  • Additional costs may apply if unforeseen work is required (e.g. unexpected sub-base issues). We will always discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding
  • VAT will be clearly stated where applicable

4. Our Services

Scope of work

The scope of work will be agreed in writing before any project begins. This will include the type of surface, aggregate choice, area to be covered, and any preparation work required.

Site survey

We carry out a free site survey before providing a quotation. This allows us to assess the condition of the existing surface, measure the area, and discuss your requirements in person.

Preparation work

Proper preparation is essential for a lasting result. Our quotation will specify what preparation work is included. This typically covers cleaning, repairing, or laying a suitable sub-base.

5. Booking and Scheduling

  • Once you accept a quotation, we will agree a start date with you
  • Start dates are subject to weather conditions. Resin bound surfacing cannot be laid in wet or freezing conditions
  • We will give you as much notice as possible if a date needs to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
  • Most domestic installations are completed within 1 to 3 working days

6. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be stated in your quotation
  • The balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work
  • We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, or cash
  • We do not require full payment before work begins

7. Guarantee

  • All installations come with a workmanship guarantee. The duration and terms of the guarantee will be confirmed in writing
  • The guarantee covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use
  • The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, vehicle damage, chemical spills, or unauthorised alterations
  • Any claims under the guarantee should be reported to us as soon as possible

8. Cancellations

Your right to cancel

If you entered into a contract at your home or away from our business premises, you have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, please contact us in writing by email or post.

Cancellation after work has started

If you cancel after work has begun, you will be liable for the cost of any work already completed and materials already purchased. We will provide a fair and transparent breakdown of these costs.

9. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to carry out the work, you agree to:

  • Provide clear access to the work area
  • Move vehicles and any personal belongings from the work area before the agreed start date
  • Inform us of any underground services (pipes, cables, drains) you are aware of
  • Keep children and pets away from the work area during installation
  • Not walk or drive on the new surface until we confirm it is safe to do so

10. Aftercare

We will provide aftercare guidance upon completion of your installation. To maintain your surface:

  • Avoid driving on the surface for at least 24 hours after installation (or as advised)
  • Clean regularly with a garden hose or pressure washer on a low setting
  • Remove weeds promptly if they appear at the edges
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or de-icing salts on the surface

11. Limitation of Liability

We take every reasonable care to ensure a high-quality finish. However:

  • Natural aggregates may have slight variations in colour and texture. This is a characteristic of the material, not a defect
  • We are not liable for damage caused by extreme weather events, subsidence, or ground movement beyond our control
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the work carried out
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Elite Resin Driveways Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

We aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work or service, please contact us:

14. Governing Law
